I was scheduled for a ct scan on the September 26th but there was an insurance snafu, it was done on October 6th and the follow up doctors appointments were on the 8th. My primary doctor called in a third doctor for a consult because my stomach and liver are in danger, the mass on my left side is pressing on my stomach and it's huge! There is another slightly smaller mass pressing on my liver, with smaller masses surrounding the hernia.
Surgery will be performed at St. Luke's in Milwaukee instead of Green Bay, my doctor feels they are better equipped to handle this type of surgery, I trust his judgement. I have to admit, I am a little nervous, but I also know I am in the best hands possible. My will to survive has never been stronger, besides, I have much to accomplish yet and God willing, I'll live long enough to see grand babies!
